At Octobr, we want you to love what you buy. If you’re not completely satisfied, here’s how we handle returns and refunds.

1. Eligibility for Returns:
   Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery

Item must be unused, in original condition, and with original packaging

Certain products (e.g., hygiene-based or custom items) may be non-returnable — such cases will be clearly mentioned on the product page

2. How to Initiate a Return:
   Email info@octobr.co.in with your order number, reason, and product photos (if damaged/defective)
3. Refunds:
   Once the returned item is inspected and approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days

Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable
