1. Customer Cancellations:
   Orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed and processed

For urgent requests, contact us immediately at support@octobr.co.in — we’ll try to help, but cannot guarantee changes once shipped

2. Octobr-Initiated Cancellations:
   We may cancel orders due to stock unavailability, technical errors, or payment verification issues

If so, you’ll be notified and fully refunded within 7–10 business days
