Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are accurate. Octobr is not liable for packages lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

6. Returns and Refunds
   Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for unused, undamaged products with original packaging.

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after inspection.
